美国lumetrics公司从1993年开发出商用哈特曼波前传感器起(收购了AMO WaveFront Sciences公司),一直服务于北约组织国防类别的需求单位,至今在全球拥有200套以上的系统,目前有限放开对中国出口。CLAS家族波前传感器采用融石英微透镜阵列,提供Zonal和Modal波前重构算法,动态跟踪技术,一套哈特曼波前传感器集成了干涉仪、光束分析仪、自动准直仪的功能。
